Holy Trinity is the Parish Church of Shaw.
The site on which the church stands has been a place of worship since 1515. It is a Grade 2 listed building which was completed in 1871 and was the work of architect Richard Drew.It is a fine example of Victorian architecture and workmanship
This present church building dedicated to the Most Holy Trinity was consecrated on Monday 5 June 1871 by James Lord, Bishop of Manchester

Sunday 11.00am Sung Mass Monday 7.00pm Said Mass Friday 10.00am Said Mass  | | Confirmation 2012 This will take place on Wednesday 1 February 2012 at 7.00pm at Holy Trinity Church. Preparation for confirmation will be in two sessions-Sunday 15th and 29th January from 12.30-2.45pm. Under 16's will be in the Church Hall and adult preparation will be held in the Church Sacristy. The rehearsal will be at 7.30pm on Monday 30 January. Registration forms are in the display area
Arrangements for Baptisms, Banns, Weddings etc-please come to the vicarage between 6.00 & 6.30pm on a Monday evening |
