Meet on a Thursday in the Church Hall: 5.45-7.00pm

 

The Martins gives 5 to 7 year old children an exciting programme of games, interactive stories, crafts, drama, singing, fun sheets, puzzles, & activities.  

Boys meet on a Thursday in the Church Hall: 7.00-8.15pm

In the Y Team we aim to help children to:

• Discover more about God and his love for them

• Explore God’s world and look after it

• Help and understand others

• Do things together for fun and enjoyment

JTC Girls/Boys

Age group:10-13yrs
Girls meet on a Tuesday in the Church Hall: 8.00-9.30pm
Boys meet on a Thursday in the Church Hall: 8.00-9.30pm

JTC gives young people a varied programme of activities to enjoy - to explore - to challenge

A balanced and flexible programme covers four areas:

• BELIEVING explores the Christian faith
• BELONGING considers our place within our local and worldwide community
• BUILDING develops skills, creativity and craftsmanship
• BEING looks at growing into a healthy adulthood

Seniors

This section offers a varied programme of challenging schemes to help young people develop their character and abilities, in a fun and enjoyable way. The Senior section has 4 awards:

• Team Challenge is a project-based scheme designed for 13/14 year olds to work together as a group over a twelve month period

• The Achievement Award for 13/14 year olds and upwards

• The Advanced Achievement Award for 14/15 year olds and upwards

• The highest Brigade award, the Archbishop's Award for 15/16 year olds and upwards apart from the award schemes, they can take part in the many sports competitions held at Battalion and National levels
